[align=center] This is a new single that took me a few minutes to make... I hope you enjoy. OCG should be okay, but I'll be happy to hear your corrections. Pic is owned by Father Wolf.

Increase your opponent's Life Points by 1000. Draw 2 cards. If you drew a Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type Monster, you can discard the other card to Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. Increase that monster's attack by 400. If that monster is destroyed, destroy this card. You can send that monster to the Graveyard during your opponent's next End Phase to return this card to your Deck and draw 1 card.

maybe add a bigger cost.

cost 1000LP for 2 cards is op'ed.

maybe your opponent gains 1000 and discard 1 or Tribute 1 monster.

just to make it more balanced.

 

i know alot of decks that could run this.

Thank you for the OCG correction. The overpoweredness is true. I'll increase the life point gain to 1500. Perhaps also if they draw a Level 4 or lower monster (doesn't have to be spellcaster) they must discard the other card and Special Summon it.
