This may sound crazy, but I'm asking for a Starforce logo

Here is what I'm asking:

Example:

^The area in the middle of the red, is how big it has to be^

 

 

 

The image inside of it has to be up to 14 different colors(this includes shades/tones).

And if possible-

I'll pay like 1000 points(or so) to the best one/one I like the most, because I'm a little lazy to make my own logo.
