not a bad effort.

lots of ocg errors.

here's the FIX:

Once per turn, you can place 1 Heaven Counter on this card (max.2). If this card destroys a monster by battle with "Hell" in it's card name and sends it to the Graveyard, you can remove 1 Heaven Counter to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.

effect is ok. weird that it's a reptile though...i would have said Dragon or Warrior or even Fairy

has it's uses. maybe if you changed the destroy 1 monster to destroy 1 card.

that makes it more useful.

Odd typing, but useful. Sephiroth is right, change the last part to 1 card.

the extra bits arent techincally needed.

put and place are the same terminology

but i believe your right. put is correct. i like place though.

max doesnt actually need capitals.

the way i had it is correct. there is not such thing as a Hell Monster. but a monster with Hell in its card name.

it doesnt specify where the counter must come from, so i didnt incorporate it.
