This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 "Infernity" monsters you control. When this card is Special Summoned, you can remove from play all cards in your hand until your next Standby Phase. If you activate this effect, add 1 "Restraint Counter" to this card. During your Standby Phase, add 1 "Release Counter" to this card. You can remove 2 "Release Counters" and 1 "Restraint Counter" from this card to increase this card's ATK by 400 and add 1 "Infernity Counter" to this card. You can remove 2 "Infernity Counters" from this card. If you activate this effect, all "Infernity" monsters you control can activate their effects until your next Standby Phase even if you have cards in your hand. You can remove 3 "Infernity Counters" from this card to Special Summon 1 "Infernity" monster from your hand. You can remove 4 "Infernity Counters" from this card to select and take control of 1 monster your opponent controls. The selected monster cannot attack. During your End Phase, if you have no cards in your hand, add 1 "Infernity Counter" to this card.

As cute/hot as that picture seems. I think you need a PG warning for it.

OCG seems fine. But that's a crazy amount of counters to keep track of. Seriously, people are going to be confused on what the hell they're doing. It's decent Infernity Support, but it'd be much better if when it's summoned, your cards go to the Graveyard instead.

Effect is incredibly confusing.
