He means change the Level to Level 1, not reduce it by 1

Name seems ok, though i don't like the "Epoch" part...

That's a really cool pic and the card isn't LQ like sometimes happens!

Simple effect, but is really balanced and can be usefull ^_^

OCG seems not so ok, but i see it was corrected already by .Corinthiano.

Maybe the attack makes it a really really tiny bit OP, because if the level of the monster targetted by the effect is 8 this card gets 2400 ATK "/

Maybe lower the ATK to 1400 and make the DEF 1000, or maybe make it gain 50 ATK only?

Anyway good job and niceh card ;)

all it does is gain atk during its summoning

 

balanced, but boring of an effect, give it another one
