Blue-Eyes Baby Dragon

I hope no one thinks this is too powerful for a baby, from my perspective Blue-White Dragons should always be strong in some way, no matter what version they may be. I pretty much just subtracted 1000 ATK and DEF from the original stats of a Blue-Eyes and gave it to this guy.

Yeah, I was thinking about naming it that, but when I hear the word chick, well it just seems to sound more weak, plus I wanted to give a more original name...kinda:P Thanks for the review ^_^

Anyways this card is ok, im not a big fan of the pic but its ok. The idea is incredible boring and overused. Its a tad op'd. I would lower the ATK and DEF a bit.

their effects are the same just different monsters

No tribute for a ATK 2000 monster...well, if it's blue-eyes, i guess it's ok :P

I think its effect should still contribute to summoning Blue-Eyes White Dragon...maybe making it a double triubte?

if your allowed to summon it without tribute, maybe add a slight drawback. like..

you can only Normal Summon this card without Tribute while you control 1 or more Dragon-Type monsters or something like that... just to make it a little more balanced...

 

all it needs is a background and your done i believe.

Thats an actual card already. The pic looks good, I thought wen I was clicking on this thread i was going to see some type of Toon version of BEWD, but thhe pic is very appropriate.

 

The problem is you made this card too powerful, it makes better sense to be between level 1 thru 4. The baby version of Red Eyes is lvl 1 800/500.

 

Maybe level 3 1600/1000 + your effect would suit this card better perhaps.

I think since this is a baby make it level 4 with around 1500 ATK. 7/10

IMO, cards with Baby in their name should not require Tributes. I was expecting an effect similar to 'Red Eyes B. Chick'. I think you should get rid of the first line of the effect as well and make this card a 4-Star.

 

The first line should read: You can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing.

 

The picture is kind of bad, unless you drew it yourself. Overall, the effect is kind of bland, and the OCG could be tuned up. Not bad though. :) 5.5/10

the set part actually isnt necessary. it may be Normal Summon without Tribute only. otherwise, if that was the case. you might as well make the monster Level 4.
