This is my 300th card!!!! 2010 looks odd on the cards lol

 

Lore:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 Spellcaster-type monsters from your side of the field. When this card is Special Summoned, you can remove from play 5 Spell Cards from your Graveyard to add 1 "Magician" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can remove from play 1 Spell card from your Graveyard to put 2 Spell Counters on this card. You can remove 10 Spell Counters from this card to add 1 Spell card from your Graveyard to your hand. This card's ATK and DEF is X800 for every other Spellcaster-type monster on your side of the field.

it dosent have to be 2010 you can type in any year. nice card but the ATK and DEF can result pretty low.

•OPed/Uped/Balanced: UPed, to High cost for it's effect, there are other cards with the similar effects at a low cost. So 17%

•Name and Pic: This two fits perfectly. So 15%

•OCG: I dont' see OCG errors. So 20%

•Originality: Not that much originality but kinda good. So 16%

•If it can be played or not: Actually it can, but thanks to it's effect I would play other card instead of this one :S but it can be played and in a Good Spell Counters Deck could be helpful. So 10%

Effect seems to be well balanced and playable.

I think you can lower the Summon Conditions, but correct me if I'm wrong.
