Hope you like them:Notice how each of their Ids are SHOOP-WHOOP?Dr. Octagonapus Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the Ritual Magic card "Secret Shoop Da Whoop". When a card with "Shoop Da Whoop" in it's name is on the field, destroy all monsters on the field.
