This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

● When this card is Gemini Summoned, you can Special Summon 2 "Thorn Tokens" (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 200/DEF 200) in Defense Position. During your End Phase you can Tribute 1 "Thorn Token" to inflict Direct Damage to your opponent equal to the Level of the "Thorn Token" X200.
zv3dy1.jpg

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. Once per turn, you can reveal 1 card in your hand to Set this card in your Spell and Trap Zone. If this card is flipped face-up while it is in your Spell and Trap Zone declare any amount of ATK X100 if your opponent has any monsters with the declared ATK they must discard those monsters.
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or flipped face-up. If there are no monsters on the field, when this card returns to your hand by its own effect, Special Summon it on your opponent's side of the field in face-up Attack position. The controller of this card must shuffle 2 cards from their hand into their Deck during their Standby Phase. If they have less than 2 cards in their hand, they must shuffle their entire hand. If this card has been Special Summoned by its own effect and there is no other monster on the field during the End Phase of any turn, destroy this card. If this card has been Special Summoned by its own effect, if it is destroyed, the controller of this card gains 2000 Life Points, and may draw a card. This card is destroyed during your opponent's fourth Standby Phase after it was Special Summoned by its own effect.
The spirit of a witch who tried to resurrect her lover in life, now remains bound in this plane because of her sin. She wanders around aimlessly, haunting the people she encounters. Those put under her spell are said to be overcome by a melancholic loneliness.
It's all about timing with this card. Unlike most spirits, when she returns to your hand she can be Special Summoned to your opponent's side instead, if she was alone on the field. In that case, your opponent must return 2 cards from his hand to his deck each turn. However, if she remains the only monster in play after each turn, she will be destroyed. A smart enemy will leave the field empty, because when she is destroyed, her controller (ergo, the opponent at this point), will not only gain Life Points but also draw a card. So you have to set it up so a monster can be Summoned at your opponent's turn.

Steps:

1) Wait till the opponent has only 1 card in his hand.

2) Clear the field.

3) Set a Trap to bring out a monster.

4) Summon this card.

5) Lockdown.

Because this card could create abusable locks, I've taken some steps to prevent that. First is the LP + draw when she's destroyed, so the opponent gets some compensation if you stall with her until you can get an advantage. Second is the fact that cards aren't discarded, so you can't just set up a deckout strategy this way. Third is her self-destructive property once a few turns pass.

Essentially, it is a card that requires a calculated setup, but can grant a great advantage.
The Monarch King- 66 / 100

s-1.jpg

While this card is face-up, this card cannot attack. Once per turn by removing from play 1 Reptile-type monster from your Graveyard you can put a "Toxic Counter" on one of your opponents face-down Spell Cards. When there are 2 "Toxic Counters" on a face-down card then destroy that card. Every time a Spell or Trap Card is sent to the Graveyard by a Card Effect, inflict 600 Life Points of damage to your opponent. If this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon a Reptile-Type monster with 2500ATK points or lower from your hand.

Shatteredfox- 62 / 100

239026.jpg

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play all monsters from your side of the field and Graveyard. This card's DEF are equal to the number of monsters you removed x 500. During each of your End Phases, remove from play one monster from your hand or field, if cannot destroy this card.

The winner is The Monarch King. You are back in the game and participate in the round 2. Please, submit your round 2 card.

Others are eliminated. Better luck next time.

I'd like to remind those who are in the round 2 that they have about 20 hours left to post their card.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is Summoned, add 1 Level 4 or lower Zombie-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. Send that card to the Graveyard during the 2nd End Phase after it was added to your hand. If your opponent controls a Zombie-Type monster, you can pay 800 Life Points to take control of that monster until the End Phase. That card cannot be Tributed or used as material for a Synchro Summon. When this card is returned from the field to it's owner's hand, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.

I don't know about you guys, but I love the name I gave it. <3

Okay, even thought you might not like me posting in here without the card, I have to say something.

I will resign from the Contest because of certain reasons:

1) If I am in first place, I cannot gain the last part of the first prize, because I am the Leader of the Club.

2) I never actually wanted to win that badly, I just, did it because of your request.

3) If I resign, other people have a chance to join the Club.

Also, just in case, you should add this to the prize as a side note:

If you are already part of the Sanctum of Legends \>, then the second place winner will receive the prize of being accepted into the Club.

If you feel the need to report this, go on ahead. I just felt that this had to be done for the reasons.

my card : 90.jpg

card lore ; This card cannot attack during the turn that it is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If "Toon World" is on your side of the field and your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. When this card attacks an opponents monster , add 1 "Toon" monster from your Graveyard to your hand. When this card is destroyed your opponent draws 1 card

hope you likes....

Phew that was a close one here is round 3 card

24erscn.jpg

This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side off the field. You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard if you control "Toon World". This card cannot attack on the turn it is Summoned. If this card would be destroyed by battle you can Tribute 1 "Toon World" you control to have this card be treated as "Toon World" and negate the attack and end the Battle Phase. While this card is treated as "Toon World" all Toon Monsters gain 200 ATK and DEF. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can your opponent's Life Points directly.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only Special Summoned by removing 3 Toon Monsters in your Graveyard from play. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Toon Monster from your hand or Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning Conditions. That card cannot attack this turn. During your End Phase, if you don't control a monster, you can Tribute or discard this card to Special Summon 1 Toon Monster from your hand or Graveyard.

Enrise for the holo, Leo for the border.
