rust45 Posted January 10, 2010 Report Share Posted January 10, 2010 Yeah, I just recently joined and I tried my hand at making cards based off one of my favorite RPGs Persona 4. Please give me any suggestions to make the cards better, balanced and look more official. Also the main character was named after the name I used in the game. Second...your effects. They need to be re-worded. "Killed" is not a term, but rather "Destroy(ed)". Also, may should be can...persona monster should be Persona-type. The protaganist has an official name (Seta Souji) but i respect your choice to name him after yourself. You did make him too overpowered. Main character or not, you turned him into a god...which isn't accurate, seeing as if he dies, you get an instant game over...and it's pretty easy to kill him. finally, I would like to point out that (BS) fake-type rules aside, Persona isn't a fitting type...i do not believe that the main characters are considered persona... rust45 Posted January 11, 2010 Author Report Share Posted January 11, 2010 Yeah, I'll try to improve these when I get a chance, the promblem though is that it's hard to find good images of the characters and escpecailly the Personas. I only used Persona as a type as I couldn't think of something good and I wanted to be able to have effects related to the characters in the game, also, do you think Izanagi-No-Okami should give less power? Hikikomori-san Posted January 12, 2010 Report Share Posted January 12, 2010 Get Photoshop, or GIMP (or any other free graphical software) and crop those images to a size with equal lengths (a square, that is). That way, you won't need to go looking for better pics. You can just edit the ones you have already. And the main characters could have their full names instead of their first names...IMO it would look better.
