I had actually typed "Wrong Section", then I looked at the first post. Also, the OCG is quite off, I'm having trouble understanding what it does.

I don't quite get what it's doing

 

for the first part of the first sentence, you mean when it's destroyed IN BATTLE

 

very abusable, you can kill it yourself and burn your opponent that way
