After reading this, I think I seriously overdid it with the drawing.

 

Maybe I should've added that you skip that many Draw Phases and can't gain Spell Counters untill all of them are skipped. /:

you need to find a way around that problem

 

you should also say when it has no spell counters, it's destroyed
