Nicey card, pic is ok but theres that thing in the corner :D It says if the card was summoned this way... Im confused, it can ONLY be summoned that way?

well so what do we have here.

 

special soumon, that's a nice thing

draw 3 cards, realy nice

2500ATK, so it can also kill monarch's

 

bad stuff, need exacly 5 monster cards in graveyard

retyrn to top of deck if no water monsters on your side of the field

 

now i like to ask why do you want to have this card on the field?

you get 3 cards, and it on top of deck agen,

so next turn you can soumon it agen and draw 3 more cards.

 

next it a special soumon so you can still soumon some good creatures to your side even if he jump to the top of the deck agter giveing you 3 cards.

 

i say it kind of unbalanced, if you make your deck able to stay on 5 water cards in the graveyard.
