-I don't know how to specify it, but the idea of her last effect is to allow the player to change her ATK during the Damage Step or in response to a card effect.

Example: 1. Opponent uses MST on an equipped card.

2. "Scrap Metal Collector" takes the ATK of that monster before it's destroyed.

 

As her artwork implies, she took the parts of "Ancient Gear Golem".

 

 

For some reason, I think this card could be better. Yeah, it has good effects and given the chances she could become a devastating monster, but still she is vulnerable to card destruction and even to attacks if she does not collect monsters as soon as she is Summoned (the quickest way to give her a monster would be by Tributing a Machine-Type monster while she is on the field, which sounds easy but it is not if your opponent is constantly attacking).

 

So, I am posting it here mainly to ask you for some help, bur rates are welcomed. Which other effect could I add? Or is she fine with this effect?

you should only allow a max of 2 monsters to be equipped to this card, or it'll get OPed, even if the effect lasts only 1 turn

Yes, I also saw that card as an "Ancient Gear" monster, but I didn't see an "Ancient Gear" in the artwork, but rather a monster using the armor of another monster.

 

How is she OP'd? She only takes the ATK of 1 monster to precisely prevent her for gaining insane ATK amounts.
