You don't need the it isn't destroyed when SORL concludes. Because nothing is stating that it's destroyed when it concludes. /:

 

Seems...balanced. Dunno. The game can certainly take a turn with this, but for which player does it turn in their favor? You both have to keep dropping other monsters to attack. If you don't have a supply of monsters, you're at a stump. And even then, your monster is destroyed afterwards.

 

I don't like it too much. It's not helping you. But it isn't helping your opponent either.

Eh, another annoying Stall card, it's mehsish at best, too vulnerable to Spell/Trap removal/etc. 7/10.
