I think you can change "select 1 Plant-Type monster that you control and destroy it" to "destroy 1 Plant-Type monster you control"

 

that's about it for OCG, and the effect is balanced enough to get 9/10

It seems OP to me, mostly because of the 1st effect, it's a lot abusable.
