Skilltown, IN A AMERICA!

BulletMan

Recommended Posts

My IRL Deck that I just got. I've tested it, and I have to say that it went better than I predicted. The Deck has alot of raw POWAH! A bunch of easy beatsticks. My last version had a problem with the hand, but I figured out how to handle this Deck. The Draw power is incredible. I can sometimes go form 2 to 7 cards in one turn if set up right. The only real flaw is that it doesn't have real good back up. To play this Deck, you have to begin by conserving resources. Use draw cards to get what you need, and set up with Skill Drain/Geartown (the combination of the two protect eachother, because if the opponent wants to Heavy, they'll blow Geartown too...). Once you got what you need, you need to destroy what threats there are. And here comes the funnest and best part/flaw of this Deck: You practically give up your entire hand for beatsticks and the destruction of your opponent!!!11!!1! It's actually quite funny to see a field of 0 cards become a field of 5 BEAT STICKS.

The tests have proven that this Deck can win a duel with a meh hand within 3 or so turns.

awwwwww' date=' i wanted to see a bandit Keith card :(

anyways, u could use a brain control or a book of moon, so you can neg controller.

[/quote']

Possibly. Controller does the same thing as Control, but with an extra effect, and having to tribute something instead of LP.

@Arm: Rose and forb-

Oh, I've forgotten Forbidden Chalice.

But those ones will be in WC10 (replace Rose with Soldier of MistValley, and some generic Spell for Chalice.)

Oh, and Arm, could you test this Deck if possible on your WC09? Just for the heck of it.

[spoiler=Me, with XL.dek vs Yamato-no-Kami]

*I go first*

Opening hand - Fusiler, Card Trooper, Gear Dragon, Barbaros UR, Hand Destruction, I drew Mis Soldier.

I used Hand Destruction. Discard Card Trooper and Gear Dragon, and draw Barbaros(normal) and Exiled.(Yamato sent Don Zaloog and Dimensionhole)

I summon Barbaros(normal).

turn end.

Yamato draws.

Yamato sets a monster and 1 face-down Spell/trap, and ends.

I draw Trade-In.

I Summon Exiled and destroy his face-down.

his face-down is Cyber Shadow Guardna.

I end my turn.

He draws, Special Summons himself(removes Otohime, which was destroyed by Exiled), and summons Maharaghi.

Yamato destroys Barbaros, and Maha attacks directly. Me: 6500

I draw Heavy Storm, and use it.

I summon Fusiller and attack directly. Turn end. Him: 6600

He draws, sets a monster, and 2 spell/traps.

I draw Skill Drain, and set it. I summon the Mist Valley guy.

He flips another Shadow Guardna.

Mist Soldier attacks the face-down, which is Maha. Mist returns it to the hand.

I ram Fusiler into Gardna, he flips Ultimiate Offering and tributes it for Dark Dust Spirit.

I Special Summon Barbaros UR.

turn end.

Yamato draws, sets a monster, uses Creature Swap on it, and he gets UR.

By now, I hit the power button.

Because when ever I run anything Skill Drain based, the coms "miraculously" can top-deck an exodia at any given moment.

God, I hate it how the coms hate you for trying to run something competetive -_-;

hmm...You seem to have not use all the draw cards immediately. The plan for this Deck is to take action at one moment to strike down the opponent. If it fails, hope for a good draw.

But you kinda have a different style. Then again, the first time I tested it, it looked good, but it didn't do swell how I was playing. Then I tried the way I'm doing it now. The new way usually wins against any dek about 50% - 99% of the time. (50 is like going against LS.) But sorry how you lost. :(

And Control. fine.

-1 Bribe

+1 Solemn

Needs another Chalice somewhere' date=' I like to have 2 to hold you till you get Drain face up.

[/quote']

Dark Bribe is here, cause I didn't know whatelse to put in. Solemn is bad since SD has a 1000 point cost. ;_;

No its not.
