This little girl just loves to bully other monsters for her own amusement.

Effect: This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Any monster that battles with this card is not destroyed by battle at that time, its effect(s) is negated and it cannot be Tributed or used as Synchro Material Monster. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 level 2 or lower monster from your opponent's Graveyard on your opponent's side of the field. Your opponent cannot control more than 1 monster Special Summoned by this card's effect.

Some Rulings:

-The first "disabling" effect is continuous and the monster will be affected by it while is it face-up.

-Monsters already attacked by "Marlene" can still be destroyed by another monster you control. Note the "Any monster that battles with this card is not destroyed by battle at that time".

I just wanted to clear that out just in case the effect is a bit confusing.

I believe this card has a new concept because it actively disables your opponent's monsters; official monsters such as "Junk Synchron" also negates monster effects, but only once and you can't actually exploit that effect. While, on the other hand, you could attack an stronger monster with this card, receive a some Battle Damage and negate that monster's effect.

So, this card is useful in both negating effects and filling your opponent's field with cards that cannot be tributed (of course, you can only Summon 1 monster with this card effect, other 4 must be attacked by "Marlene" to perform such "lockdown"). You can also use her as an effect-negating wall, but your opponent most likely won't ram his monsters against a card that cannot be destroyed, unless he want to negate the effects of its own monsters.

Now, I don't actually expect high ratings, but I would like to know if you find this effect useful and, as usual, if it's Overpowered or Underpowered.
