Once per turn, you can skip your Battle Phase to inflict 1600 damage to your opponent's Life Points. If your Life Points are lower than 3000, this card cannot attack and it's effect is negated. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Releasing 1 "Wartortle" you control. Once per turn, you can skip your Battle Phase. The Sub/Fake Types will have support with cards like Mystic Water, Charcoal, Miracle Seed, etc. Thanks for the comments on the Final Forms. =] In case anyone doesn't know, Venusaur is based on Solarbeam, Charizard on Blast Burn and Ash's Charizard when it didn't obey, and Blastoise on Skull Bash.
