Can someone help me out with my deck?

Ok so here is my synchro deck, My deck is mainly to get out a synchro and keep him there. Constructive criticism strongly approved, but no sarcastic comments, and please tell me what cards should be taken and what cards should be put in instead.

You seem to be running quite a few random things in your monster line up, that you don't really need. Also, it would be better for you to choose a decent theme rather than just lolzsyncho. I maybe wrong, but at the moment in seems like random cards.

 

You could probably find space for Flamvell Firedog, Rekindling and Summoners Monk for continual Synchro abuse.

Maybe for now:

-1 Field Commander Rahz

-1 Card Trooper (he is limited)

-1 Counsellor Lily

+3 Flamvell Firedog

 

-2 The Tricky

+1 Summoners Monk

+1 Flamvell Magician

 

-1 Battle Tuned (not nessacary)

-1 Mage Power (fairly Random)

-1 Sakeretsu Armour

+3 Rekindling

 

-1 Sakuretsu Armour

+1 Bottomless Trap Hole.

 

Also, You may want to either remove Emergency teleport and its one target, or add more targets in. Maybe:

 

-1 Dust Tornado

-1 Skelangel

+2 Krebons

 

Something like that to start I would think :D

Aside from my deck bieng immune to Card Trooper' date=' Card Trooper is limited to 1.

 

And to be honest, this deck looks a little inconsistant :/

He's a newbie that actually wants to learn how to get better and seems to be taking advice.
