DARKPLANT RISING
Some new cards I thought up with the ideas from Frost and Flame Dragon. These are not to be run in one deck at the same time. If you see them, you'll realize why. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 FIRE Monster and 2 DARK Monsters. This card's Type is also treated as Fiend. When this card attacks an Defense-Position Monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. When this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play from your graveyard 1 WATER Monster and 2 EARTH Monsters. This card's Type is also treated as Aqua. This face-up card cannot be targetted by a card effect. Each time this card destroys your opponent's monster as a result of battle, this card gainst 500 ATK. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play from your graveyard 1 LIGHT Monster and 2 WATER Monsters. This card's Type is also treated as Aqua. This card can attack twice in each Battle Phase. This card cannot attack directly. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play from your graveyard 1 WIND Monster and 2 LIGHT Monsters. When this card is summoned, select and add to your hand one Spell Card in your graveyard. When this card destroys a monster as an result of battle, draw one card. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play from your graveyard 2 WATER Monsters and 1 DARK Monster. This card's Type is also treated as Aqua. Once per turn, by discarding one Spell Card from your hand, destroy all Spell/Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field. Once per turn, if you have not used another effect of this card that turn, by discarding one Monster Card from your hand, destroy all Monster cards on your opponent's side of the field. If you use one of these effects, this monster cannot attack that turn. I know, these are a little op'ed sometimes. Think of these being all Limited. Also, since these come first when I type "dragon" in Deviantart, you might recognize them if you live in the Realistic Thread.
ragnarok1945
half the card pics are overused graveyard should be Graveyard though that's it for OCG errors the effects are balanced, so I'll give the set 8.9/

wero-vasto
you have one instead of 1 the last card OCG is wrong, well not at all, it is understandable and coul be accepted but it's not the correct one, change it to "Once per turn, select and activate 1 of the following effects:" So 7.6/

Matico
hmm... well they seam to be a little up. i remember some old card being kind of simular in the way of soumoning but those seam to be a little to strong i belive lowering there ATK will help makeing them balanced. something like 2000-2300ATK, 1700-2200 DEF they can be realy easy to play in many Deck's so 3000ATK might be a bid to Powerfull for something you can Draw and Play. and they have some handy effects to 7/10-Matico
