Noise Map -Field Spell-

[spoiler=effect]

This card cannot be removed from the field. No other field Spell cards can be activated. Each player gets a Noise Counter(by this, I mean you effectivly use a 2nd calculator). Once this card is activated, both Noise Counters are set to 0. Each time a monster is Special Summoned, Incease the Noise level of the player who Summoned it, by 10 for each Level star on the Special Summoned monster. If a monster is removed from the field by a card effect(except its own), then the player who's monster was removed decreases there Noise Level by 10 for each level on the removed monster. If Battle Damage is inflicted to a player, the Opponent of the player that took damage increases his/her Noise Level by an ammount equal to the Battle Damage, devided by 10, rounded down to the nearest whole number. If a player's Noise level is above 600, then his/her Spell, Trap, and Monster effects cannot be negated, nor destroyed.

^I might edit this^

If Battle Damage is inflicted to a player, the Opponent of the player that took damage increases his/her Noise Level by an ammount equal to the Battle Damage, devided by 10, rounded down to the nearest level. If a player's Noise level is above 600, then his/her Spell, Trap, and Monster effects cannot be negated, nor destroyed.

MY BRAIN *Boom*

actually this is a really neat concept, it might be OP'd because of the no field spell thing though.

I would change the last section to this though.

If Battle Damage is inflicted to a player, the Opposing player increases his/her Noise Level by an amount equal to the Battle Damage, divided by 10, rounded down. If a player's Noise level is above 600, then his/her Spell, Trap, and Monster effects cannot be negated, nor destroyed.

I didn't quite get what to the nearest level meant, and unless it means somthing entirly different, it makes more sense to my poor brain this way.

Why? If you played Starforce 3, it would make more sence.

Since as you delete viruses, it increases your Noise Level.
