Monkey
[align=center] Set focuses on Deck control by RFP cards and adding them back to the Deck. The cards have different effects based on how many cards are in the Deck. *Currently a prototype set. While there are 25 or less cards in your Deck, you can change the Battle Position of 1 monster on your opponent's field. This effect can only be activated twice per turn. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can send 2 of your removed from play cards to the bottom of your Deck. This card can be Special Summoned from your hand when 3 or more removed from play cards are sent to your Deck OR when 3 cards in your Deck are removed from play. Once per turn, you can decrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters on your opponent's field by 500 until your End Phase. This card can be Special Summoned from your Deck or hand when you have 10 or more cards removed from play. When this card is Special Summoned through it's own effect, this card's original ATK is 2000. While there are 20 or less cards in your Deck, this card can declare an attack during your Main Phase 1 OR Main Phase 2 and your Battle Phase. This card can only attack once per Phase. Once per turn, add any number of your removed from play cards to your Deck equal to the total Level of this card. Once per turn, you can decrease or increase this card's Level by 1. This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon the turn you decrease or increase this card's Level. By removing from play the top card of your Deck, when a monster with "Avenger" in it's name declares an attack, your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards until Damage Calculation is applied. If there are no "Avenger" monsters on the field or if there are less than 15 cards in your Deck, destroy this card. Increase the ATK and DEF of all "Avenger" monsters by 300. During battle between an "Avenger" monster and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of the attacking monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If an "Avenger" monster inflicts more than 800 damage by battle, remove from play 1 card from the top of your Deck OR return 2 of your removed from play cards to the bottom of your Deck. Sploda
The effects are excellent, no OCG errors that I can see. I would use these cards, especially with D.D. monsters.I hope this set turns out well.
Monkey
Thanks, any critiques on their flow or playability?
Sploda
Well the effects seem to flow well together, but I don't really use decks that remove cards from play, so I can't comment on playability. Although it would seem that you are limiting the size of the users deck. Was this intentional?
Monkey
Yes, the point is to manage your Deck size so you can utilize the Avenger's effects. A lot of the effects will RFG cards in your Deck and then some will add them back to your Deck.
spymoft
I like this theme, its one of the first cards that I have seen that actually involve amount of cards in a deck not hand or graveyard. Its very interesting, and the pictures are amazing. The effects arent too overpowered and the monsters stats and everything else is great. 10/10!!!!!!!! ragnarok1945
good, it's not the avengers I was thinking to pop culture now, the pictures I've mostly seen before, but they're still top notch there does not appear to be OCG errors, glad to see cards like these for machine support 9.9/
Monkey
I wasn't intending on supporting the Machine-type as a whole...
