its a pretty neat card, how it doesn't stop special summoning completely but stops all the unfair monsters. Since its a spellcaster, getting him out isnt that hard either, and its effect is pretty balanced.

 

Also, I think its better off saying "Synchro, Fusion, and Ritual Monsters cannot be Special Summoned." it makes the effect shorter and pretty much says the same thing.

 

Forgot to rate, i say its an 8/10. The image is decent, the effect is fair, and everything else works pretty well with it.

I dont see how its overpowered since its a gemini, its effect doesn't kick in until its normal summoned again. Not only that, there are many monsters that have higher attack and that arent Synchro, Fusion, and Ritual monsters: Gorz, DAD, Gale (with effect), Monarchs, and the list goes on.

It's not overpowered. Some people on YCM just are that bad at seeing if a card is overpowered or not...trust me.

 

ON-TOPIC: Pretty much, it's a Royal Oppression, for Synchro, Ritual and Fusion monsters...without the 800 Life Points cost and doesn't stop Special Summoning, either be it from Monster/Spell or Trap effects.

It's not overpowered. Some people on YCM just are that bad at seeing if a card is overpowered or not...trust me.
