Multi-Typed pokemon are allowed as long as one of the types are Poison/Ghost. Contest ends on 2/10/10. Also, since ther aren't very many pokemon that are only Poison or Ghost Types, I changed a rule. If a pokemon is multi-type, it can be used if at least one of those types is Poison or Ghost.
