Sephiroth_The_Legend
FIX: 1 DARK Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner DARK monsters. This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for every Synchro Monster Card in your Graveyard. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, remove that monster from play. During each of your End Phases, both player's add the bottom card of each of their respective Decks to their hand. flip? by flip do you mean put deck upside down.... i worded it different so it makes more sense. simple effect, could use a few more effects tbh..7.5/

archie17
For each Synchro Monster in your Graveyard increase the ATK and DEF of this monster by 100.This effect is not likely going to be of any practical use. When this card destroys a monster by battle remove the monster from play. That's a strong effect, but been done before, but ok. During each of you End Phases, both players flip their Decks and draw 1 card.SO basically both players you Draw 1 card from the the bottom of their respective decks and can see what they draw before they draw it (not that really mattered in that split second of forethought). This is done before the opponent's next Draw Phase, so your kind of empowering your opponent more so. But I like the effect, you might want to add flip the deck back after drawing the card or something along those lines. Not bad overall 8/
ragnarok1945
flip their decks sounds really weird for OCG but the rest of the OCG fixes are up already personally, I feel this card should be lv9 since you never put a max limit on where its atk can go up to, and it has 2900 atk already to begin with 8/
Sephiroth_The_Legend
litterally "flip" it was on a card i saw before let me find itand thanks ^-^ i.e Convulsion of Nature? then flip would become turn. therefore, your last line would read "During each of your End Phases, both player's turn their respective Deck's upside down and draw 1 card. Chaos Flame
Its an interesting concept, perhaps you could make a set based on flipping players decks over...It seems balanced for a synchro and the OCG errors have already been pointed out. 9/
Jolta
So you mean we can get to the bottom of our Deck? Awesome. 9/
