Yeah, the main reason people used Stratos is because it could search for any lvl D-Hero, mainly Malicious or other > lvl 4 D-Heroes, that's why I'm saying it hurt the D-Hero engine. RotA can make up for it some, but only lvl 4 or lower D-Heroes can be searched.

I am sad to see Stratos go (if it happens), not because of the D-Hero engine thing, but because of the E-hero decks that use him, seriously, but it's understandable. Understandable, but it should be fixed somehow.

You can deal with Stardust, however that doesn't mean you should have to. That goes for all broken cards. Stardust's crime is that once you summon it it allows you to play poorly and overextended with out fear of it blowing up in your face.

Cards don't always need to be banned/limited to be fixed, sometimes it just takes an errata, like with Night Assailent, errata it so it has "except Night Assailent" and it can be unlimited.

1800 still has a lot of power behind it. Just one swing for almost 1/4 damage, and the fact that you can keep getting replacements is a little ridiculous.

 

What is a ab 0 deck, and what risk is their to get it's effect off? You play it and get another 1800 beatstick. I fail to see a risk.

Bottomless exists, and so does honest and quite a few other cards. You can't play him in def or you won't get the effect, leaving you either open next turn, with a monster that is useless, or an 1800 beatstick.

 

On a lesser extent, Genex Neutron does the same thing. lf it ever came out for TCG, should it be semi'd? Should tomato and pals be limited? l mean, tomato grabs alot more then just eheroes if i'm not mistaken.

How many times does it need to be said just because a card can be countered doesn't balance it. If something is broken then you should be forced to deal with, or have to play around the brokeness.

 

How are you open next turn? No one would play this in defence since it's a 1800 ATK beatstick which is good. Also please tell me what is useless? A 1800 ATK beatsick, that just got you a replacement, and can swing over most of your opponent's level 4 monsters has use.

Isn't Neutran that monster that gets Machine tuners? If so what can he do that is like Statos since last I check he couldn't search out another copy of himself.

 

Tomato needs to be destoryed by battle cutting some of his use since you will often need to wait a turn. This doesn't have that problem. Not only that but your getting a 1500 ATK beatstick at worse, unlike this which nets 1800 (don't say lolATK, attack is important).

If Stratos couldn't search itself it would go to 3. While it is a huge help to the Destiny engine you can't forget that said engine needs a lot of deck space, about 1/4, making up for it. Not only that but in a good format it should be a lot hard to make a really fast push for game as such being able to draw fast won't make much of a difference if many of the huge problem we have now are gone.

 

O, also on some 3/0 lists Allure is also banned taking a way some of the Destiny engines speeds
