Lore:

Once per turn, if this card is equipped to a monster, you can Tribute the equipped monster and 1 other monster you control to Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher Fairy-Type monster from your hand. The Special Summoned monster cannot declare an attack the turn it is Special Summoned and is destroyed at the End Phase of this turn. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove 2 Level 7 or higher LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters to add this card to your hand.

I'm still a little unsure about such a effect for taking control of an opponent's monster, then using it to summon a fairy monster of your own

 

seems it needs a drawback to it

unfortunatly I cannot see the card. For some reason my computer will not load it. So I can not rate the picture nor can I see the effect written on the card.

The effect I saw was broken.

"You can discard this card from your hand to select 1 Level 8 or higher monster your opponent controls. Take control of the selected monster and equip it with this card." There is no point to the card then, for you discarded this card and then equiped it to the monster. You can not do that.

it is discarded, it's effect then activates removing it from the grave and treating it as a Equip Spell Card which is then epuipped with the card. i cannot see anything wrong.

my computer is now letting me see the card. When I read the effect it sounded like a spell card. I hope you can see my confusion. I now see the point in discarding it and why it would balance the card out. Let me re rate the card.
