Blackwing - Deathly Chimera

When this card is Normal Summoned, it is changed to Defense Position. While you have no cards in your hand, this card gains the following effect: Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" monster from your Graveyard, except "Blackwing - Deathly Chimera". When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" monster with 500 or less ATK from your Deck. That monster's effect(s) is negated.

Yu'zai Piercer

When this card is sent to the Graveyard to Synchro Summon a "Yu'zai" Synchro Monster, gain 100 Life Points for every Machine-type Monster in your Graveyard. If your opponent has more cards on their side of the field than in their hand, this card can attack your opponent Directly.

First card is pretty UP because of it's Level. Make it a Level 6 and it will be perfect. Aah, and the picture is pretty good man. :o

 

Roar of Red Eyes is a good Red Eyes support, I like it.

 

Third card has not a good effect for a Tuner monster, and the picture is bad. (I have it on my PC)

 

And the last card is OP. Why? 1400 x 2 = 2800 and it is only a Level 4 monster with a LP gain effect. Good picture but bad effect. =/

 

Anyway, I rate those cards 7.9

It's far from overpowered. It's just a good card.

BW-Deathy Chimera is interesting. It's effect would seem underpowered, but since it's helping the Blackwings swarm, I'd keep it at Level 7. Interestingly, the effect seems more like an "Infernity" effect than a Blackwing's so you might want to have another look at that.

 

Roar of Red-Eyes is good support, but you've not mentioned from where you summon the Dragon.

 

Yu'zai Piercer does not have a truly Tuner effect, since most Tuner's have effects that benefit the Synchro they summon or make the Synchro Summon easier; not assist the player Synchroing. A better effect for this card (along with the name) could be:

 

This card inflicts Piercing Damage. If this card is used to Synchro Summon a "Yu'zai" Synchro Monster, the Summoned monster gains 100 ATK for each Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard.

 

Yu'zai Initiate is overpowered for a Level 4. A similar card, "D.D. Assaliant" has higher ATK and DEF and RFP both monsters, but can't attack twice. What you could do is RFP to gain Life Points equal to the difference between this card's level and the attacking monster's Level. For example;

 

If this card destroys a monster by battle, it can attack once again in a row by halving its ATK. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can remove it from play to gain Life Points equal to the difference between this card's Level and the attacking monster's Level x 300.

I'm unsure how many people still use REBD anymore, so while Roar of Red Eyes is balanced, it may not be too practical

 

Initiate is Oped as hell though, I don't see a single drawback on that card
