If i make cards but dont really have the time or means to get a picture for it. am i better off to just write the description and not actually make a card, or what.

Everyone says the Written Cards Section. But to add, I'll advice Deviantart if you want to get good images in little time.

You don't have to applicate necesarrily. Click on the "Degital Art" on the left and type in what you want for good images that make google images look like the scrap it is.
