you misspelled "opponent" (3rd sentence)

 

2nd to last sentence I think should be "If your opponent has 3 or more face up Spell or Trap Cards on the field, destroy this card."

 

mostly it's just spelling errors, I feel the effect is just fine

"If you do, you must discard 1 extra card from your hand. This card cannot attack if your oopponent has 1 or more Spell and Trap cards in his/her hand."

 

Remove those parts of the effect, they serve this card no point at all. With those removed, you're left with a Continuous Spell Card as a Monster. With the following effect:

 

"This card cannot be destroyed by Spell or Trap Cards. You can discard 2 cards to discard 1 Spell or Trap Card in your opponent's hand. Destroy this card if your opponent has 3 or more face-up Spell or Trap cards on the field. You can send this card to the graveyard to destroy 1 Spell or trap Card on the field."

 

So... Either it wastes a Summon, and then becomes an MST; or it's a Continuous Spell that IS MST just ever so slightly (though not much) better. What were you trying to go for, with this card?

in the las sentence it says trap Card instead of Trap Card...

 

what happens if your opponent don't have a Spell or Trap Card when you activate it's effect of discarding a Spell or Trap Card?
