Tourmaline
For future reference, this whole Archetype is based on a little Story I'm currently writing. The Creation Theory is the main antagonist of the story, and their goal is to revive The Great Beast to recreate the world. Just an explanation. When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, bring one level four or lower 'Creation Theory' monster from your Deck to your Hand. When this card is Normal Summon successfully, you may Special Summon a level 4 or lower Monster with 'Creation Theory' in it's name. During your End Phase, control of this card is switched to your Opponent. During your opponent's Standby Phase, whoever controls this card destroys the top card of their Deck. These soldiers have been trained for years and are only the Pawns in truly recreating the World. One or more monsters with 'The Four -' in it's name+One or more non Tuner monsters Increase this card's ATK by 400 for every monster with 'The Four' in it's name in the Graveyard. This card cannot destroy an opponent's monster by battle. Any monster this card battles is destroyed during your End Phase. During your Main Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points and destroy one Spell or Trap Card you control to destroy one Spell or Trap Card the opponent Controls. During your End Phase, control of this card is switched to your Opponent. During your opponent's Standby Phase, whoever controls this card destroys the top card of their Deck. Every face-up 'Creation Theory' monster on the field's ATK and DEF increase by 300. If you pay 1000 life points, you may increase the ATK of all 'Creation Theory' monsters by 400 until your End Phase. This effect can only be used once. Creation Theory Mage+One or more non-Tuner monsters When this card destroys an opponent's monster as a result of battle, inflict 400 damage to the opponent's life points. If a 'Creation Theory' monster would be destroyed by battle, you can destroy this instead and decrease all the opponent's monsters ATK by 500. Lord Xorgon, Present+Time Traveler Whenever this face-up Monster inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, increase your own Life Points by half the Battle Damage inflicted. This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Normal Summoned. You may ONLY have two monsters with 'The Four -' in their name in your deck. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing one face-up 'Lord Xorgon, Present'. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, remove it from play, instead. During your opponent's Standby Phase, if this card is removed from play, you may remove from play either one card from their hand, one Set Spell or Trap or decrease all the opponent's monster's ATK by 700 until their End Phase. This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Normal Summoned. You may only have two monsters with 'The Four -' in their name in your deck. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing one face-up 'Lord Xorgon, Present'. Every time your Life Points heal, this card loses 1000 ATK and DEF. Everytime your Life Points decrease by any amount between 1000 and 2000, this card's ATK is increased by half the damage taken. This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Normal Summoned. You may only have two monsters with 'The Four -' in their name in your deck. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing one face-up 'Lord Xorgon, Present'. When this card is summoned, place three Etael Counters on this card. If this card would be sent to the Graveyard by any card effect, destroy one Etael Counter, instead. When there are no more Etael Counters on this card, destroy this card and you take 1000 points of damage. This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Normal Summoned. You may only have two monsters with 'The Four -' in their name in your deck. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing one face-up 'Lord Xorgon, Present'. During your Battle Phase, increase this card's ATK by 800 until your End Phase. During your opponent's Standby Phase, this card is changed to Face-up Defense Position and it's DEF becomes 3400. Also, any monster that battles this card takes twice the normal Battle Damage. This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Normal Summoned except by Tributing 1 face-up 'Creation Theory King - Lenriel' and 1 face-up Monster with over 2000 ATK. This card is unaffected by any card effects. Increase the DEF of this card by 400 for every 'Creation Theory' monster in the Graveyard. Increase the ATK of this card by 200 for every card in your Graveyard. You may Tribute this face-up card to Special Summon any monster with 'The Four -' and up to three monster cards with 'Creation Theory' except 'Creation Theory King - Lenriel' from your Deck, Hand or Graveyard. FLIP: When this card is Flip Summoned, return both player's Life Points, Fields and Hands to exactly what they were during your Opponent's last End Phase. You must Tribute 1 face-up "Creation Theory Footsoldier" that you control to Special Summon a "Creation Theory General" from your hand. This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set unless you activate 'Hidden Potential's effect. While this is face up on the field, all your opponent's monsters must attack if possible. You can pay 1300 Life Points to Special Summon up to 2 "Creation Theory Footsoldiers" or to increase this card's ATK by 300 and lower it's DEF by 200. During your Main Phase, you can pay any multiple of 700 Life Points to Special Summon a monster from either player's Graveyard whose level is equal to the multiple of 700 you paid. This card can only be equipped to a face-up 'Creation Theory' monster you control. Increase the equipped monster's ATK and DEF by 400. Also, when the equipped monster inflicts Battle Damage, increase your own Life Points by 500. cmc1234
These are ok. Maybe work on your ocg. Maybe go to the ocg thread to help you. Some pics are ok, but some have text on the bottom, and some have a black border around it. And some are overused but that ok. Some are a tad op'd, But i though double agent had a quite unique effect! overall not bad. 7/
Tourmaline
Thanks, apparently Google is horrible at providing good pictures. In case you were wondering, the Great Beast is only overpowered because it can take a potential 8 monsters in total to summon. Thank you for the advice. ragnarok1945
the OCG overall isn't so bad, the OCG thread will help you improve on the rest of it there's very few overused pics you do need spell/trap support for the vanilla though 8/
Tourmaline
Thanks. Yeah, Mr. Vanilla is going to go up the ranks with a pseudo Assault Mode Activate!.I was actually going to suggest telling me if they're overpowered all while learning if the restrictions balance them out.
