it does look reasonably balanced out though

I think the OCG it's perfect... I think she take it from a Toon monster like "Toon Summoned Skull".

 

This a Toon of First Class... and not that bad

 

but it's just another Toon, nothing too much Special, well yes, the Img is amazing...
