the spell pic is overused

 

and preventing either player from summoning anything but Pyro or FIRE monsters is a killer, you should have just made it a cost to summon other type monsters

The cards seem to work together and are an excellent support for FIRE and Pyro-Type cards. Although I must point out that the Holo makes the pictures a little hard to see. Also the magic card has Level Stars on it, I beleive you will be wanting to fix that.
