Making 1 monster you control unable to attack is a good drawback. But I will think about your opinion. =]

As the last card I will ever review, imma make it good:

 

This card is slightly OP'ed. It's definitely limit-worthy. Anything else begs for an OTK. A deck that runs on milling and removing big 10-star beatsticks can turn this into the next Dark Strike Fighter. At least limiting this card to 1 will turn an OTK into a 2-to-4TK.

 

That being said, it's not necessarily unrealistic. Lots of cards are OP'ed and still allowed to run riot in the meta. I would recommend raising this card's Level, lowering its ATK, or adding a steeper cost. Otherwise, it's definitely limited or banned in a heartbeat.

 

That being said, the picture is nice and the name seems to fit it very well. But I'm pretty sure Kazuki Takahashi didn't make this card, even if he wishes that he did.

Well the effect is pretty great but if you have a lot of high levels in your grave you can abuse this a little but the monster not being able to atack balances it out. 9/10 (T.T darn you and your MSE :()

You could made it so that if the removed from play monster is Level 5 or higher, it skips battle Phase, and Level 4 or below would just skip 1 monster's attack. But I still think this is pretty balanced out.

 

For the beginning, you should put "Once per turn", kinda sounds like once a duel. And "opponent equal to the Level of that". These 2 small corrections would make it sound better.

 

Picture is good and another good card, 9/10

Thank you Kotaro. I didn't put "Once per turn" because it sounds like you can use it during your opponent's turn too, and that's not the point.

I don't know either. I just put "Canhão" that means "Cannon" at portuguese, onto google translator and it showed up.
