SD14-JP020 Nobleman of Crossout <-- Acceptable.

i think some of the choices for this deck are completely wrong

 

this is a pretty bad deck, with good cards in it, like:

 

Monarchs, DDR, Radiance, Shrink, Survivors, Scout Planes...

 

but theyve all (with exception of DDR) have rare forms...

Plus, it itself is a -1, so its not worth it.

you think on this card as a monarch stopper, and that's not true, this card was created as a monarch support... just think, can you summon zaborg when your opponent has no monster? can you summon raiza when your opponent has no cards to return to the top of the deck?? that's the function of emperor order, negate your own effect, giving you a +1 hand advantage, allowing to summon monsters that you couldn't summon by the circumstances and preventing the opponent's pulling the rug...

i run 3 Raizas and i have never been in a situation when if i summoned it, it would be returned.

ummm... if theres no effect for the monarchs to target... why summon them? Its common sence! Thats what makes Monarchs so powerful... not just there ATK strength and 1 tribute level

elemental, my dear watson... one of the flaws on a monarch deck is accumulating cards on the hand that won't be summoned quick... that's the idea when they created that card...
