Well I could add that if the equipped monster is destroyed, you can Special Summon this monster anyway with the amount of ATK it sapped out.

 

I have no clue how to word that though.

You did not disapoint! with a fiend dark deck this card would ROCK. my question is can it equip to another monster to sap some more attack? or can it only do it the one time?

 

For my rating!

Balance 3/3 (for having to wait a few turns to get your card)

Grammar 3/3

Originality 2/2 (I have never seen this before)

Art:3/2

Total 11/10

Excuse me, but it will keep sapping until they have no monsters - still not OP'd though.

 

However, were you to change this to only work on Normal Summon, it'd sap once and make better use of the ATK gain - your choice.

I'll take a crack at a rewording!

"When you Normal Summon this card, equip it to 1 monster your opponent controls as an Equip Spell Card and take control of the equipped monster. The equipped monster cannot declare an attack. During each Standby Phase, decrease the equipped monster's original ATK by 1000. If the equipped monster's ATK becomes 0, it is destroyed. When the equipped monster is destroyed, Special Summon this card to your side of the field. This card's original ATK becomes equal to the original ATK of the destroyed monster."

 

or 500 points or whatever it's at now...

I think that's the early wording. Since part of it is left out(The part about if the equipped monster gets destroyed.).

 

I don't think you need to state that it becomes an equip spell. ...Not sure.

So, you can take control of any monster your opponent without a cost... lol

Normal Summon this card, take control of 1 monster your opponent control, Tribute this and the monster you took control to Normal Summon a high leveled monster. Or you can keep the stole monster on the field and activating its effect over and over, until his ATK reaches 0 and your lol-equip card comes to the field with a good ATK and DEF.

 

Eeeeh... I don't know... over powered ? :'/
