I think is kinda OPED, but it is great itself. Or you put 0 DEF points or raise his Level to 5 and his Attack to 1000, than it would be perfect. But since not =P but really nice work!

I think that the pic is a tiny blurry. So, basically, you cannot Special Summon this card if you control no other monsters, so I think that this part of the effect is useless. You may take it off, IMO. Anyway, apart from that, it may be good.
