Ya i know it doesnt really look like a Blackwing, but...... i didnt really care

 

EFFECT:

1 "Blackwing - Mistral the Silver Shield " + 1 non-tuner type monster.

If this card is sent to the Graveyard select 1 Winged-Beast-type monster from your Graveyard and add it to your hand. By removing from play 1 card from your Graveyard you can increase this cards ATK by 400 untill the end of your End-Phase. If the card removed from play was a Monster card remove from play 1 card in your opponents Graveyard. If the card removed from play was a Trap Card both players lose 1000 Life Points. If the card removed from play was a Spell Card both players remove from play 1 Trap Card from their hand.

OCG is incorrect, here's the fix.

 

"Blackwing - Mistral the Silver Shield + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.

You can remove from play 1 card in your Graveyard you can increase this card's ATK by 400 until the End Phase of this turn and activate the appropriate effect based upon the type of card that was removed from play with this effect.

=Monster: You can select and remove 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard from play.

=Spell: Both player's select and remove 1 Trap Card from their hand, if they cannot, they take 1000 damage.

=Trap: Both player's take 1000 damage.

When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can add 1 Winged-Beast Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

 

 

changed the formatting of your effect as it didnt flow correctly before.

 

overall, not too bad, an interesting effect for some cheap burn or removal... you might want to limit how many cards you can remove per turn otherwise it would become op'ed in that sense. (remove 5, boosts ATK by 2k and has extra options based on cards..)

Seriously,it's overpowered if you ask me,to gain attack and remove cards from the graveyard as many times as the player wants is just too much.

Shapesnatch (x3) + Delta Attack + Trap Card Discard = Insta-Win

 

The OCG needs working on, the effect is fine, however...

 

You can always resummon him by returning his own card.
