Make it an Effect Monster instead.-The image has a white border around it. Try to crop it or find a better image of it.-Effect is overpowered. If you already have 2 strong Dragon-Type monsters on the field, then you'll also be getting a 3rd one. Because of its ridiculously high points, a more balanced effect would be something like:"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 5 Dragon-Type monsters you control. This card cannot declare an attack during the same turn that it is Summoned."-Again too, the ATK/DEF points are too powerful for a Normal Monster. The maximum amount of points for them should be 3000, unless the effect has a major drawback. Try to take note of what I said to make this card much better. 3/10.
