Oh god. Now have a odd craving for a fried Judgment Dragon.
This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Devouring Meta Summoning". When this card is Summoned, switch control of it to your opponent. As long as this card is on your opponents side of the field, Effect monsters cannot activate their effects. During each Standby Phase, decrease all your opponents monsters ATK by 400. When a Synchro or Fusion monsters ATK is reduced to 0, destroy it. If this card is the only monster on your opponents field, remove it from play.

Activate this card only when your opponent controls 1 or more Synchro or Fusion monsters. This card is used to Ritual Summon "Soul Eating Jar". You must also Tribute monsters from the field or your hand whose total Levels equal 9 or more. When this card is in the Graveyard, during your opponents Battle Phase, you can remove this card from play to skip 2 turns. The Standby Phases of those turns are not skipped.

Watch out everyone.

Mother might eat you and feed her leftovers to this guy~

... xD

AND BEFORE A SINGLE PERSON SAYS "This is WAAAY too OP'd! YOU CAN'T DESTROY IT!", I believe you can target your own monsters (Atleast in one game I could. >.>) and there is a certain Zombie-Type monster that allows you to redirect attacks to destroy this guy.

Rate/Hate/Comment/OMNOMNOMNOM. Whatever.

Also for those who don't know, these are cards that are going to be included in my Parasite Archetype. =D

See. Oooo broken cards like Gaia the Champion Knight or whatever his crappy name is.

Actually, I think Effect is capped there. Not entirely sure.

No. Broken cards like Brionac and Judgment Dragon. D<

Alot of duelists would be screwed by this guy... I like it. :D

9.9/10 for sheer awesomeness. OCG is perfectly fine.

Where's the .1? D:

Thanks.

This card is freaking awesome! I would make an entire deck just to abuse this guy (and maybe throw in a few other monsters like him such as Lava Golem or Volcanic Queen, just to shake things up). A very interesting take on Ritual Cards: I've never seen a Ritual Spell Card do anything other than Ritual Summon a monster. This would probably be Limited at best (doesn't seem broken enough to be Forbidden, since you need both the spell and the monster in your hand to summon it), but I would totally want one.

Wait. Lava Golem and Volcanic Queen wouldn't work in a combo with this because they both have more than 2500 ATK right?

Or am I mixing something up?

Thanks.

And I think plenty of others here have done Ritual Spells with extra effects. xD

that pic doesn't even look like a jar' date=' though it's great looking

now this is one hell of an effect, screws over half the deck for your opponent.

But fortunately you balanced it out that it can still be used for tributes and synchros, so your opponent can do that to compensate

Looked Jarish to me. Though now that you said that, it doesn't look so...Jarish. >.>

Half deck screwing ftw.

...Dammit. I forgot it could be Tributed. Meaning that this whole thing could be screwed quickly.

Where's the other .2? D:

Thanks.

Well I could add that this couldn't be used as a Tribute...

But then it'd be overpowered.

...I'll just wait for Griffin's input on adding that effect or not.

Well, lets say:

ME: SS summon this thing

"Opponent controls only 1 monster and you 1 with 2000 ATK"

OPPONENT: lol. Now I have 1 more monster and if you destroy the other 1, your Ritual Monster will be removed from play.

ME: Well, skip my turn...

OPPONENT: Tribute Summon a high leveled monster

ME: Why I summoned this card ? =/

So, conclusion: This card = FAIL. It only helps your opponent, not you.

I don't like it, seriously. But the image is pretty awesome.

I could say more, but I am bored

Rate~

Sorry Zeonark, but I've seen better from you.

YOU'RE LOOKING AT WRONG.

These cards kill of Synchro Monsters. Hurrah for Zeonark!

____

OCG is solid as it is.

great pics' date=' though i couldn't see this for use with combos or whatsoever.

This would be the end of the game as we know it.

Lul.

But it could be good for a Stall OTK. ...I think.

Find a way to stall, Gather up a OTK, GOGOGOGOGOGO.

Thanks.

God dammit. I knew it.

I'm making it so it can't be used as a Tribute at all.

Thanks.

Edit: FIXED.

NOW IT CAN'T BE USED AS A TRIBUTE FOR ANYTHING. D<

Edit 2: Never mind. Only for a Tribute Summon. Since...I dunno.

Should I change it back to Tribute for anything? /:

-Wakes up-

-Looks at card-

-Looks at title-

This doesn't hurt the meta. This hurts any half-decent Deck at all. And you didn't need to mention Fusions or Synchros, since they're both Effect Monsters anyway. If you DO want it to be anti-meta, make it something other than DARK, take out any clause regarding lolATK, and let it be tributed for a Tribute Summon, since most Tier 1 doesn't tribute as much as Monarchs or other lower Tiers.

IMO, it's too much setup for an effect they'll probably remove and that ends up forcing you to kill it at some later point anyway. Nothing would actually use this card, since Rituals tend to need dedicated Decks and this doesn't seem to fit into any Deck I can think of.
