If you DO want it to be anti-meta, make it something other than DARK, take out any clause regarding lolATK, and let it be tributed for a Tribute Summon, since most Tier 1 doesn't tribute as much as Monarchs or other lower Tiers.

 

But Zeaux just explained the situation for the Tributing thing. D:

I could make it LIGHT or WIND.

Taking out the ATK thing.

 

IMO, it's too much setup for an effect they'll probably remove and that ends up forcing you to kill it at some later point anyway. Nothing would actually use this card, since Rituals tend to need dedicated Decks and this doesn't seem to fit into any Deck I can think of.

 

Just trying to be a little original here. Don't really think of Deck fitting when I make cards. xD

Yeah, sorry if I was a bit harsh after just waking up, but you should really design things for a specific Deck in future, it makes it infinitely more runnable.
