OCG Fix: This card cannot be Summoned unless there are exactly 4 Spellcaster-Type monsters in your Graveyard, and sending 2 monsters from your side of the field to the Graveyard (This is treated as a Normal Summon). When this card is destroyed by an opponent's card's effect, you can destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field. While this card is in your Graveyard, both players must Set Spell cards before activating them.

Pic sucks.

 

Effect is dumb. Nomi makes it boring, having to have exactly 4 (any more/less makes this card useless) makes it hard to summon. The field nuke is pretty random and doesn't flow with the card. The only part I like is the Spell setting section. The whole effect really doesn't flow with the pic or name.
