Yeah. I herd u like big sets?

With there being a set of 1000 in progress, I'll intend to do...

1001.

So... Here we go. Yes, the first 500 WILL be Pokemon. the other 500? I don't know.
456818a.jpg

Effect: This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a WATER monster with 1600 or less ATK. When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls and decrease the selected monsters ATK by 100 each turn for 5 turns. Once per turn, place 1 Experience Counter (Max 2) on this card. By removing 2 Experience Counters from this card, you can add 1 "Pokemon - Ivysaur" from your Deck to your hand or remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 "Pokemon - Ivysaur" from your hand.
456818v.jpg

Effect: If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Pokemon - Bulbsaur", select 1 face-up card on the field. The selected card's effect is negated as long as this card remains face-up on the field. This card cannot be destroyed by a WATER monster with 2300 ATK or less. If this card is selected the target of an attack by a FIRE monster, decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 200 until the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn, if this card destroyed a monster by battle, you can discard 1 card from your hand to place 1 Experience Counter on this card. By removing 2 Experience Counters from this card, you can add 1 "Pokemon - Venusaur" from your Deck to your hand or remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 "Pokemon - Venusaur" from your hand.
456818d.jpg

Effect: If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Pokemon - Ivysaur", destroy 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls and send it to the bottom of your opponent's Deck. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 Level 4 or lower monster your opponent controls. If you do, you cannot declare an attack this turn and cannot activate this effect during your next turn.
456818.jpg

Effect: This card cannot be destroyed by a Plant-Type monster with an ATK of 1800 or less. If this card is to be destroyed by battle with a non-WATER monster, you can discard 1 Level 3 or lower FIRE monster from your hand to negate the attack. This effect can only be activated once as long as this card remains face-up on the field. Once per turn, you can place 1 Experience Counter on this card. By removing 2 Experience Counters from this card, you can add 1 "Pokemon - Charmeleon" to your hand or remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 "Pokemon - Charmeleon" from your hand.
456818m.jpg

Effect: If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of "Pokemon - Charmander", select 1 face-down monster on the field and place 1 Burn Counter (Max 1) on it. A monster with a Burn Counter loses 250 ATK during both players' Draw Phases. This card cannot be destroyed by a Plant-Type monster with 2400 ATK or less. If this card is to be destroyed by battle, you can discard 2 Level 3 or Lower FIRE monsters from your hand to negate the attack and inflict damage to your opponent equal to 1 of the selected monsters. Once per turn, you can place 1 Experience Counter on this card. By removing 2 Experience Counters from this card, you can add 1 "Pokemon - Charizard" from your Deck to your hand or remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 "Pokemon - Charizard" from your hand.
456818.jpg

Effect: If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Pokemon - Charmeleon", destroy 1 non-WATER monster your opponent controls and inflict Damage equal to half the destroyed monster's ATK. If you do, you cannot declare an attack this turn. Once per turn, you can place 1 Fierce Fire Counter (Max 5) on this card. By removing 5 Fierce Fire Counters from this card, you can remove from play 1 FIRE monster you control and inflict Damage equal to that monster's ATK.
456818h.jpg

Effect: This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a FIRE monster with 1600 or less ATK. Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position. As long as this card remains in face-down Defense Position, its DEF is 2000. This card cannot declare an attack the turn it is flipped face-up. Once per turn, you can place 1 Experience Counter on this card. You can remove two Experience Counters fro this card to add 1 "Pokemon - Wartortle" from your Deck to your hand or remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 "Pokemon-Wartortle" from your hand.
456818u.jpg

Once, as long as this card is on the field, it can be flipped into face-down Defense Position. When this card is Flip Summoned, select and destroy 1 Level 4 or lower FIRE monster your opponent controls. If this card changes Monster Card Zones, your opponent cannot target this card with a Spell or Trap Card for the rest of the turn. Once Per turn, you can place 1 Experience Counter on this card. By removing 2 Experience Counters from this card to add 1 "Pokemon - Blastoise" from your Deck to your hand or remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 "Pokemon - Blastoise" from your hand.
456818j.jpg

Effect: If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Pokemon - Blastoise", you can destroy 2 Level 4 or lower FIRE monsters your opponent controls. If you do, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn. If this card is in Defense Position, your opponent cannot select any other monsters you control as the target of an attack. If this card changes Monster Card Zones, destroy 1 Spell or Trap card your opponent controls.
456818.jpg

Effect: While a Field Spell Card is active, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. By Tributing this card in Defense Position, you can Special Summon 1 "Pokemon - Metapod" from your hand or Deck. Your opponent cannot attack any "Pokemon - Metapod" you control the turn after you activate this effect.
456818z.jpg

Effect: This card is also treated as a Plant-Type monster. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 "Pokemon - Ivysaur" you control that is equipped with "Feather of Cresselia". Once, as long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can negate the attack of 1 DARK monster your opponent controls. If this card battles an Insect-Type monster, increase its ATK by 300 until the end of the Damage Step.
456818r.jpg

Effect: A monster equipped with this card is treated as a LIGHT monster. Once, as long as this card is equipped to a monster, you can negate the attack of a DARK monster your opponent controls.

Are these good? Can the lower levels stand alone? I don't want this to be obsolete the same way the LV are. I have the effects that way so these cards can mix into decks without being useless if you don't have the evolutions. Also, the evolutions can be Normal Summoned so there isn't such a big deal about them being worthless to someone who, hypothetically, buys a pack of yugioh cards and gets a Stage 2 Evo without anything else in the chain. That's not to say there isn't a bonus for evolving, however.

Dude... either the set has a similar archtype or similar strategy. The only other way you can go about this is by making a booster pack.... which maxes out at 120 (and that's SERIOUSLY pushing it).

This is more like making a bunch of different sets and throwing them onto 1 forum page. There's not much use in it.

Pointless much? But alright...

You won't make it, believe me, this is a phase, you will go off the idea of Pokemon or eventually get sick of having worked on one set with one theme for so much time. But anyhows, good luck with it. ;]

Anyhows, now for my proffesional opinion, it is decent, I love the idea of experience counters and probabally wouldn't have thought up such a method myself.

However, the decrease by 50 each turn rule, seems a little weak, 100 would be a more reasonable number considering over a period of five turns you will only get relativly 250 damage out of it, and within anyone of those turns your opponent could activate a trap or spell that deactivates the effect of your card, futhermore, if you decrease by 100 each turn you would get a more worthy but not overpowered result out of doing so.

Hope you liked my CnC bud ;D

"If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of 'Pokemon - Ivysaur',"

it doesnt say on ivysaurs effect how he be Special Summoned o.O

Maybe its just me that i dont get it.

otherwise 9/10 ;P
