OCG fix:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Removing from play FIRE monsters from your Graveyard whose combined Level equals 8 or more and by paying 1500 Life Points. During your Battle Phase, you can discard 3 cards from your hand to have this card attack your opponent directly. When this card destroys an opponents monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monsters level x 100. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower then the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as battle Damage to your opponent.

 

OCG: G (Your OCG has some flaws, which I have highlighted above.)

Balance: G (I find this card a little OP, especially together with Volcanic cards, where having 8 Levels in your Graveyard and paying some life points is very easy.)

Usefulness: O (This card would make FIRE decks meta, but it could be designed to benefit them even more.)

Creativity: B (My honest opinion of this card is that it mainly just has a lot of copy-paste effects, and no part of it that makes it unique. Try adding your own twist to the effects.)

Artistic ability: B (The name of this card is actually very stereotype. I must have seen at least 20 "Draco..." card names in my time. The image you used is overused and does not fit a Yu-Gi-Oh card.)

Once per turn, by decreasing this card's ATK by 1200, you can inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points. (Damage? What kind of damage, and how much?) During battle between this card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. When this card would be destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can discard 4 cards from your hand. If you do, it is not.

 

OCG: B (The missing damage part does slay your rating on this point. You also have some notable OCG errors)

Balance: A (Since I do not know how much damage this card would inflict, I cannot judge this card properly. It does actually seem pretty balanced, as you get it out quickly, but if you want it to stay on the field, you'll have to pay a large price.)

Usefulness: G (This card would also be useful with the Volcanics, but not in many other decks, as you lose a lot of resources if you intend to play it.)

Creativity: O (This card actually has a lot of unique abilities. It does, however, have a special effect similar to E-Hero Tempest, so the score goes slightly down.)

Artistic ability: P (The image and name is well thought out. Nice work.)

Overall rating: O

Since I have to re-vote, here is it:

I vote for Creator, reasons are simple as pie:

He has better OCG and effect a bit more interesting than Zero card. Also, his picture is better.

Reasons:

The OCG show how much the member know about the card grammar, making his/her card more or less real. The picture condition is also a good point for that, you can have a great card with great OCG, but if you have a bad picture, you are screwed. The Effect originality shows how much work was put in the card. Because a creative effect can affect the game in such way that your opponent lost all of his strategy.

 

So my vote goes to Creator.

scyrie actually didn't follow all of the rules of the agni kai either, but at this point it hardly matters. next time i create a contest thread though, i am going to have it clearly stated that unless people voting are going to follow all of the rules for voting that they shouldn't even bother voting at all.
