Guest Zeonark
I dunno. Seems underpowered to me. I'd rather drop a Heavy Storm. Since it doesn't heal the opponent or let them Special Summon a monster.

Guest Zeonark
Take off either the healing part or the opponent Special Summon part. That's my suggestion. o:
Sephiroth_The_Legend
FIX:You can only activate this when you Summon a Level 8 or higher monster. Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls. Increase your opponent's Life Points by 700 for every card destroyed by this effect. Your opponent can then select 1 Monster Card in their Graveyard and Special Summon it. not really useful at all tbh. it's far too situational to be useful. and there are much better cards out there to destroy spell and traps that dont have that kind of negative effect.you could remove the LP increase and the SS and it would be balanced as you need to summon a LV8 to summon it anyways.7/

Sephiroth_The_Legend
the ocg is still incorrect and even then, there are better cards to combo with Bad Reaction/Nurse Reficule (i.e Gift Card). use the fix i gave and remove the last sentence (the one about the Special Summoning).
