Exa Raiun Posted February 11, 2010 Report Share Posted February 11, 2010 Vice Pandora Dragon: Eh... while being Level 10 tries to balance it out, it really did not turn out that good. I don't know what is the Level of Vice Tuner or how easy to call them out, but if we think about the fact that Vice Dragon is a Level 5 monster which is easy to Special Summon (like Cyber Dragon, but with a stat penalty, which doesn't matter in this case) and fetching 5 Level worths of monsters is a rather easy task in the current meta, I say that Vice Pandora Dragon and Vice Despair Dragon are not your best creations.
