The Mad Hatter
Probably OPed a bit. Nonetheless enjoy.Lore:Once per turn you can pay 2000 Life Points to add 1 "Earthbound Immortal" monster to your hand from your Deck. While this card is in your Graveyard all monsters on the field cannot change Battle Position.
DigiMaster Ragnarok
Pretty good, but like u said OPed. Otherwise, don't see any problems with it :) Like the pic. I actually used it for a set i made.U might wanna change the last part about battle positions to not allowing them to change, w/o a card effect. That way ur card wouldn't be as OPed and cards like Level limit - Area A would still work. 8/10Very good job!
DFireZX
underpowered? it's stats is pretty low for a level 8. Effect is fine, but not that great
MarshyK-XS
Awesome effect and a very good support card, plus this card is a high level and you just need to tribute him next tern! well this card can also stop cards changing to attack to defence, if i was runnin an EBI deck I would add this card with out thinking 10 / 10 MK
Zeaux
Over powered never, under powered yes. 2000 for 1 Earthbound Monster, and since it is a Level 8 monster, it is a little to put it on the field. So, you need 2 monsters to Summon this, and them pay 2000 LP to get the Earthbound monster. It's stats is low for a Level 8 too. This card is very slow, but I like the idea. EDIT: The only thing over powered here is the part that any monster on the field can change it' Battle Position. You can easily put him on the Graveyard by using Foolish Burial and then, your opponent's monsters cannot change it's Battle Position.
Cloister
Agree with Zeaux 100%, UPED the 2000 LP part
DigiMaster Ragnarok
I'll agree that the 2000 LP is costly, and most likely UPed, but the 2nd effect is OPed, becuz like Zeaux said, Foolish Burial would be the only card u needed to stop ALL position changing.
