NeoDemonX
Sorry I have bad OCG man but I like the Pay 1000 Life Points so if your opposite uses a drain deck then this card has a draw back.
Dragon™
Special Summon 1 monster from either your or your opponents Graveyard. Each time the Special Summoned monster attacks, you have to pay 1000 Life Points to have that monster attack. I don't get that part. Like wtf? If the Special Summoned monster attacks, you can pay 1000 Life Points to attack? If it's already attacking, how can it attack again? Are you trying to say it can attack AGAIN? Also, I like Monster Reborn the way it is. Otherwise I kinda like it. 8/10.
Sp1at
ώяάτћ its the same thing as the regular monster reborn except you pay 1000 life points when the special summon card attacks. It needs another drawback like a i saw before you can't tribute the card7/

byak
Just because it has to pay to attack doesn't mean it's balanced. You can use the monster for many other things. You made this card even more OP'd by turning it into a quickplay. Kuri
Effect maybe change to: During your Stand-By Phase Remove From Play a card from your hand. You may then, Special Summon 1 monster from your or your opponent's graveyard in Face-up defense position. During your next turn you cannot set a monster card on the field. Instead of sending this to the Graveyard you may Remove From Play 2 cards to set this card face-down.
