This + Card in hand=Destruction

So it's a permanantly in place -1 destruction at worse, with the possiblity to be a +x.

And you can activate it as many times per turn as you please.

This card is just a specific Lightning Vortex on legs that can also affect your field as well' date=' if you let it be that way.

 

It's not that broken, really. It's not very searchable either, and at least it helps get rid of BW/Hopeless. >_____>

You guys are all dumb. You can activate this card as many times per turn you want.

 

Player 1: I have a face up JD, Lyla, Celestia, and DAD.

Player 2: I summon TIV! I Activate effect 3 times declaring Dragons, Fairies, and Spellcasters! I Activate Lightning vortex ....

Keep this at 0. While I loved the card years ago in high school when it first came out, but its a Super Snipe Hunter for Monsters and that's already at 1. I could never see this off the banlist.
